Domestic services

• We provide a full range of pest control services throughout the city.
• As a public health pest rats are treated free.
• There are charges for all other pests. Please see the charges list in the related documents.

Bird proofing and control

The only certain way to prevent birds from becoming a pest at your premises is to proof it. For further advice please contact us.

Insect identification

We offer a free service to identify insects causing concern and recommend any treatment that may be necessary.
Send or deliver a sample of the insects securely packed with some history and your contact details to your nearest Customer Service Point.

Commercial services

A full pest control service can be provided either as an individual treatment or on a contract basis. An agreement can be provided for treatments against pest infestations on a monthly contract. For commercial premises we can also provide the additional services listed below.

Insect proofing

We can supply a wide range of modern and effective Electronic Fly Killers including a servicing schedule for maintenance. Also an extensive range of insect proofing to prevent infestations.

Cleansing and clearance

After an infestation of rodents or birds in confined spaces such as attics, sheds or garages has been cleared we can provide biocides and insecticides treatments to clean any fouling left behind. If not treated this can be a home for insects and other micro organisms that can be harmful to human health.

Professional reports

We can provide professional reports to advise on survey and identification of pests, hygiene issues and the proofing of buildings.
