Latest news - free tennis for kids (5 to 10 years)
Free tennis coaching will be taking place at City Academy during January, February and March 2012. All you need to do is sign up for free to British Tennis. You will also get a chance to win tickets to Wimbledon when signing up. You can sign up at your first session.
Sessions take place on Thursday evenings from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. Sessions are run indoors and will be run by an LTA qualified coach. The first four sessions are free, £3 thereafter.

Introduction
Tennis in Bristol is organised by a wide range of providers at a variety of locations across the city and for all levels of player. We aim to cater for anyone who wishes to play tennis within the city and provide social tennis through to competitive tennis at a high level.
Tennis clubs in Bristol
There are a number of tennis clubs in Bristol which offer a large variety of opportunities and include disability clubs, clubmark clubs, park clubs and established clubs. Each club has something to offer.

Sport Unlimited Plus holiday activities
Sport Unlimited Plus is a holiday programme for Sport Unlimited. The holiday courses offer tennis specific camps at various locations across Bristol with LTA qualified and registered coaches. These courses range from one hour sessions through to all day sessions.

Leadership and coaching
There are a range of opportunities if you are looking into becoming a tennis coach. The tennis coaching qualifications are set up by the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA).
Competition Organisers are the people who organise local competitions. For more information on competition organisers courses please visit the Competition Organiser section of the LTA website.
Cardio tennis
Cardio tennis is a new and fun way to try tennis. Cardio tennis is a fitness session with music played and offers a high energy workout that includes warm up, cardio workout and cool down segments.

Central Bristol Tennis League
Would you like to play more, friendly, competitive singles matches? If so the league is for you. Based on the public courts at the City Academy, St George Park and Eastville Park, the league is for adult players of all standards. The league includes Bristol University tennis students and facilities.
