News/updates
The courses at Ashton Court are in good shape, with the investment in the greens starting to kick in. We have fertiliser ready to apply to the greens once the colder mornings have left us.
The new golf and cycle centre is looking very good and ready for opening just after Easter and we look forward to welcoming you all in our new home. We have made a commitment to keep the golf fees the same as they currently are for the time being and we are committed to make playing golf affordable for all the family.
We are running a competition this summer to find out what the best scores on our two courses are. The top four scores at the end of August will go into the final and play with the resident pro Andy Rudge. You can submit as many rounds as you wish so take up the challenge and see how good you can get this summer.
Let’s hope for some nice spring weather, and we look forward to seeing you all at Ashton Court Golf.
Andy Rudge – Golf Course Manager

New golf and cycle centre
What is happening?
Work is now underway on building a new, £500,000 purpose-built golf and cycling centre for Ashton Court.
The dual-purpose centre will see the construction of new golf and bike hire facilities, café and toilets, as well as indoor and outdoor seating.
The current, existing facilities will remain open for business during the building work. Read full story
Unfortunately, the new building works mean the 18th hole on the lodge (hilly) course is out of play. Anyone wishing to play an 18th hole is advised to play the 1st hole of the lodge course as their 18th hole. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the building works.
Background information
The idea of a new pavilion was consulted on as part of the original proposals put forward for the funding bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund in 2004. We are now able to take this important improvement forward. The original idea has moved on with the new proposal providing for cycling and golf use of the estate.
