Bristol Housing Viability Assessment (November 2009)
Bristol's Housing Viability Study, was undertaken by BNP Paribas Real Estate and published in November 2009. The study was commissioned to provide the viability evidence base for the council’s affordable housing policies.

The study follows an earlier site specific assessment (see below) undertaken, prior to the economic downturn and the publication of the West of England Strategic Housing Market Assessment.
Draft Economic Availability Assessment
A draft Economic Viability Assessment report was published in June 2008. This was also produced by BNP Paribas Real Estate to assess a number of residential/mixed use schemes across the city and to provide an understanding of potential levels of affordable housing delivery.
