The Strategic Flood Risk Assessment looks at the likelihood of future floods in different parts of Bristol. Results of the assessment are provided below as a set of reports and maps. The council and property developers can use this information to reduce the impact of flooding on Bristol and its residents.
Flood risk assessment is an ongoing process and the documents below will be updated as new information becomes available. It is the responsibility of people using the information to check that it is up to date and meets any current requirements.
SFRA Level 1 gives an overview of flood risk across the city, SFRA Level 2 includes more detailed information for areas across the city. The assessment of Avonmouth and Severnside at the bottom of this page is more up to date than information on Avonmouth provided in earlier documents.
