Introduction
Swimming is an excellent form of exercise and a healthy activity that can be participated in for a whole lifetime. The health benefits that swimming offers are certainly worth the effort it takes to get to the pool.
The benefits of swimming:

Aquatic disciplines
Aquafun
Aquafun teaches children aged five and over the basics of synchronised swimming. All boys and girls at National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS) stage 7 or higher are welcome.

Mini polo
Mini polo is a smaller, more basic game than water polo itself and has been introduced to teach young players of any age up to about 11 years old the basics of the full game. All boys and girls at NPTS stage 7 or higher are welcome.
