Application evaluation process

Please give at least one months notice of your intention to hold a car boot sale or to permit your land to be used for a car boot sale.

Applications should include:

• applicant's name
• applicant's address
• location of car boot
• date and time of proposed car boot
• the name and address of the occupier of that site, if they are not the applicant.

Will tacit consent apply?

Yes. This means that if you have not heard from the Council within the target completion period of 25 calendar days you will be able to act as though your application is granted. Please note this period will not commence until a complete application has been submitted.
