Local Authority Mortgage scheme for first-time buyers
Bristol City Council with LloydsTSB is helping local first time buyers with a minimum 5% deposit to buy their first home subject to Lloyds lending criteria. First time buyers can select a property within the city area which they will own in its entirety. Purchasers will be able to access a range of products at a lower rate of interest than would normally be available with a lower level of deposit.
If you would like to apply for the scheme, please contact samantha.lloyd@lloydstsb.co.uk, mobile 07841 491825 for further information.
