We're recruiting for Emergency Operations Centre officers and Telecare officers to join our team within the Bristol Operations Centre. Our award-winning Bristol Operations Centre is a state of the art, multi-purpose space that aims to improve city living through the use of innovative technology.

We're open all day, every day of the year, operating across four main services:

• the council's Emergency Control Centre
• the Traffic Management Control Centre
• Community Safety (CCTV)
• the First West of England Bus Control Room which co-ordinates bus services across the region

The work we do is critical to making sure the communities of Bristol are safe, happy and moving. We work with a range of external agencies delivering services directly on behalf of Bristol City Council, our neighbouring local authorities and clients nationwide.
