Pyramid Mentoring is a small but growing service based mentoring organisation who has been accredited with and providing mentoring services to children, young people and vulnerable adults 2017.

Pyramid Mentoring is the concept of Jay Lee the CEO who has 17 years of mentoring experience, including the previous management of South Gloucestershire Councils in house mentoring service ‘Breakthrough’ for over 7 years. He also has a background in sport development rom grass roots up to national level and working with disability within the local authority and this is an area close to the heart of Pyramid.

Pyramid Mentoring offers cost effective, reliable and safe mentoring services of the highest quality and is committed to person centred, outcome focussed mentoring support, building clients confidence, skills, independence, resilience and the promotion of healthy and positive experiences through a bespoke programme that inspires change, supporting clients to reach their potential.

Operating across four local authorities, Pyramid has a broad client base, from young children to older adults, providing services at home, in the community, and within schools. Pyramid understands both the commissioning organisations’ needs and the clients, offering extensive experience with various challenges such as learning disabilities, mental health issues, anxiety, autism, ADHD, substance misuse, community engagement, post 16 transition and young people who are NEET, ensuring inclusive support for all.
