Urban Pursuit – ‘Every Young Person Finding Hope and a Future’

Urban Pursuit offers personal and social development programmes delivered through adventure activities and adrenaline sports. Our programmes are designed to meet the needs of young people at risk of exclusion, those with special educational needs, and individuals displaying low self-confidence, mental-health, or identity issues.

We offer group-based sessions (2:6), small group sessions (2:3), one-to-one, and two-to-one formats. Students attending group sessions work alongside young people from other schools and groups can be mixed gender.

Full days and half days are available.

We also offer in-school, early intervention, outreach programmes for larger groups. Daily written feedback and a designated individual caseworker is included in our service.

Transport is provided free of charge within Bristol and can also be arranged for schools outside of the city. We are based at the western end of the Bristol harbourside – a centrally located base with ease of access and post-code neutrality.

Our three core values, on which everything we do is underpinned, are: building lasting relationships, going the extra mile, and never giving up on young people.
