If you're in a crisis

Call 111 for help with urgent medical problems.

  • 116 123 for the Samaritans, who can help you if you're in emotional distress.
  • Your GP for an emergency appointment. If you don't have a doctor you can find GP services on the NHS Choices website or call 0845 46 47.
