"I'm Sarah, your Family Hub Navigator based in East Central Bristol. I am passionate about working with families to make sure they receive the best services and support.
There is so much in Bristol that can support and help families and it will be a privilege to help families find the right support.
I have been a primary teacher for the past 7 years and have always enjoyed working closely with families and developing strong relationships.
I am friendly, outgoing and a good listener. I love being outside and exploring the world around us and spending time with family and friends."

Our navigators, Sarah and Yvonne are at different centres on different days. Call them to make an appointment or find out which centre they wil be at when you want to drop in.
They have drop in sessions at these centres:

- Bannerman Road Children's Centre, Bannerman Road, Easton, Bristol. BS5 0RR
