Development framework
We have put together a Development Framework to help guide development in the Temple Quarter regeneration area.
The framework sets out the vision and guiding principles for change.
It was adopted by Bristol City Council in May 2023 and is now a material planning consideration.

Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone
The Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone was launched in 2012 to make planning simpler in the area.
Spatial framework
We have put together a Spatial Framework to help guide development in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.
The Framework was adopted by Bristol City Council in October 2016.
