Health sub-committee role
The role of the Health sub-committee of People Scrutiny Commission is to undertake the scrutiny of local Health Service provision.
This in accordance with the following acts and regulations:
- Section 7 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001
- Health and Social Care Act 2012
- Local Authority (Public Health, Health and Wellbeing Boards and Health Scrutiny) Regulations 2013
