Our website will be down for maintenance between 10am and midday, Monday 23 December. Sorry for any inconvenience.

There's a problem with our search function at the moment, if you can't find what you're looking for please use Google or Bing.

There are significant postal delays. We'll produce and send certificates within our normal timeframes but you'll need to allow extra time for delivery.

You can choose to collect certificates from Bristol Register Office, Corn Street rather than having them posted. We'll contact you when the certificate is ready for collection.

  • If you order by phone you need to tell us when you order that you want to collect the certificate.
  • If you order online you'll need to email us after you've ordered to let us know you want to collect the certificate.

If your certificate is posted and it doesn't arrive, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from the date of order before contacting us.
