See payments and charges on your current and previous council properties.
You can:
- view your payments and charges for all the accounts on your current property, including rents, repairs, insurance, supported housing and garage charges
- view account balances for your previous properties
To check your rent balance:
- sign in to your Bristol Account or create one
- go to 'Your tenancy'
If you're checking your rent balance and payments for the first time, you'll need your 8 or 14 digit rent account number. You'll find this on your rent bill and letters.
