What to do if your paper parking permit has been lost, stolen or destroyed.

If your paper Central Parking Zone (CPZ), Traders, Landlord, Medical or Essential Visitor Permits has been lost, stolen or damaged, you'll need to:

A £5 fee is payable to replace a lost, stolen or damaged Central Parking Zone, Traders, Landlord or Medical Permit.

If your permit has been stolen, you will need to obtain a crime reference number from the police and include this instead of a loss report reference number.

If your permit has been damaged, you will need to return the permit with the completed form. We are unable to replace damaged permits without the original permit being returned.

Essential Visitor Permits are replaced free of charge.

Loss or damage to Customer Permits

Customer Permits cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
