Concerns about a child

You should make a referral to First Response if you have concerns that a child is being abused or neglected, or if you want to request support on behalf of a child or family.

    As a member of the public you should make a report if you have concerns about the well-being of a child.

    Professionals working with children should complete the First Response form to report their concerns.
