Make your mark in Bristol!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of Senior Income Officers within the Housing Revenue and Income Service, part of Housing and Landlord Services at Bristol City Council.

As a Senior Income Officer you'll help sustain tenancies, ensuring that residents have access to the support that they might need while we navigate the cost of living crisis.

Bristol is a diverse city with a varied housing stock and a growing population from many different backgrounds. It is therefore vitally important we have a workforce that reflects this.

For most of our roles, hybrid working arrangements are available. This allows teams to work in a way that suits them, balancing service need and individual choice and mixing both home and office working.

Join us and you'll receive a generous rewards package including:

  • flexible working options and flexi-time
  • membership of the Local Government Pension scheme
  • a generous annual leave allowance
  • annual incremental pay increases

In addition, you'll be working in a supportive environment where you'll have the chance to make Bristol a better place and contribute to its future.

We're welcoming applications until midnight on Sunday 9 June 2024.
