We're here to help every parent and caregiver with any aspect of feeding their baby. Whether you're a mum, dad, or any other carer, we're here to help you.

  • NHS Healthy Start Scheme

    If you're more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4, you may be eligible to get help to buy healthy food and milk and get free vitamins.

  • Bristol breastfeeding support

    You can go to any of the groups if you're breastfeeding, pregnant or feeding your baby any amount of breastmilk.

  • Peer supporters

    Peer supporters are usually mothers who have experience of brestfeeding or expressing milk who can help you before or after your baby is born.

  • Bristol Breastfeeding Mummies

    Volunteer-run Facebook group where you can get informal support and encouragement.

  • National Breastfeeding Helpline

    The National Breastfeeding Helpline offers friendly, non-judgemental, independent, evidence based breastfeeding support and information.

  • First Steps Nutrition Trust

    An independent public health nutrition charity supporting eating well from pre-conception to five years.

    Local and online support groups and resources, helplines, the Bristol Breastfeeding Welcome Scheme.
