Cricket pitches
We have four cricket pitches you can book:
- Oldbury Court Estate : one grass pitch for seasonal cricket only
- Netham Park: three artificial pitches for casual cricket only
There are no changing facilities at Netham Park or Oldbury Court Estate.
Seasonal bookings
You can only book Oldbury Court Estate on a seasonal basis. The cricket season runs from the first Saturday in May to the last Sunday of August.
Oldbury Court Estate pitches can only be booked for:
- Saturdays 2pm until 8.30pm
- Sundays 2pm until 8.30pm
If you book a cricket pitch for a season you must have public liability insurance and let us have your fixture details. You can tell us your insurance and fixtures as part of your booking or tell us later.

Casual pitch booking
Pitches are only available at Netham Park for casual bookings from May to August.
Netham Park pitches can be booked for most times in the day for casual cricket only.
You can only play matches on the artificial pitches. You'll need to provide your own equipment. There is no access to changing facilities and toilets. Games must finish by 9pm.
The online casual pitch booking form will be available from May 2025.
Casual booking costs
Casual pitch booking costs per session are:
- adult pitch £102
- junior pitch £65
This includes insurance.
