Resources to help you keep physically active during and after pregnancy

Physical activity during pregnancy has health benefits for both mums and babies. For most women who are otherwise healthy with uncomplicated pregnancies it is safe to be active and exercise during pregnancy. Speak to your midwife or obstetrician if you have any questions or concerns.

Returning to physical activity after you have had your baby is good for your physical and emotional wellbeing. Active mums are more likely to have active children, so it is good for your whole family.
