- select the exact drain you want to report to us
Report a dangerous problem
If a drain cover is missing or could be dangerous, call us:
- 0117 922 2100: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- 0117 922 2050: all other times
Personal items dropped down a drain
If you've dropped something like your keys down a drain, call Bristol Waste Company:
- 01179 535677: Monday to Friday and bank holidays, 9am to 5pm
- 07976 448004: all other times
There is a charge to get your items back:
- £50 Monday to Friday, 7am to 4.30pm
- £60 all other times, including bank holidays
