We know that quitting smoking is difficult. Choosing the right support can increase your chances of quitting for good.
There are many options to help you quit smoking:
Swap to Stop
Swap to Stop is a national scheme to help smokers quit smoking by offering them a reusable vape to use instead.
The scheme is for smokers over the age of 18.
If you join Swap to Stop, you will be given a specific device and given a choice from several flavours. The reusable refillable pod kits are affordable and easy to use.
Health champions
Health champions are local Bristol people, located across the city. They have trained with the National Centre for Smoking Cessation.
They can help you sign up and access Swap to Stop, a scheme that provides a free vape kit and e-liquids to help you stop smoking.
Health champions might also attend health promotion events to promote Swap to Stop in the community.
